Administration Clerk

Requirements

  • High Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience in office Admin; Fresh graduates will also be considered

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese

  • Self-motivated with good interpersonal & communication skill

  • Immediate availability is preferred

Responsibility

  • Provide secretarial support to the CEO including personal matter

  • Handle clerical and administrative assistance support functions

  • Bookkeeping and general accounting duties

  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
