Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant discipline

  • Minimum 4-5 years solid experience in system development and project management skills

  • Good team builder with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus

Technical skills:

  • Manage project resources, schedules, risks, changes requests, and UAT

  • Experience in web front-end / back-end / server-side / API development

  • Experience on blockchain technology with various private and public blockchain platform

  • Familiar with Hyperledger Fabric architecture, IPFS and smart contract design is a must

Location: Science Park, Shatin

Responsibility

  • Responsible to provide IT service supports to users & provide technical guidance to team members to ensure a smooth and efficiency operation;

  • Manage daily manpower resources and support task prioritization for efficient operation;

  • Conduct allocation of support specialist responsible for operation support;

  • Handle IT project implementation tasks assigned;

  • Identify systematic problems and/or recommend opportunities for improvement that will eliminate or reduce number of reported problems;

  • Perform quality checks and verification of day-to-day batch or routine systems activities;

  • Ensuring proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow up of all incidents/ service request;

  • Handle IT project implementation, manage and control on resource and project tasks assigned;

  • Analyzing Technical Support activity and making recommendations for changes in operation procedures.
