Requirements

  • Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline. Form 5 graduate with IT knowledge will be considered as Junior Blockchain Support Engineer.

  • Good IT knowledge

  • Knowledge of networking is preferable

  • Responsible, pro-active, and attention to detail

  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English (Preferred), and Mandarin (Preferred).

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Willingness to work outdoors

Responsibility

  • Responsible for supporting the software deployment, hardware installation and maintenance, testing, and monitoring on the crypto kiosk. 

  • Troubleshoot application software, system software, hardware, and network problems.

  • Provide technical support for IT projects and purchases

  • Update and maintain inventory records of computer hardware/network & software licenses

  • Assist of office administrative services

  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required

  • On-site client support or travel may be required
