Requirements
•Degree holder with minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in Business or IT-related fields
•Passion for blockchain and a solid understanding of Cryptocurrency and other emerging trends
•Have Blockchain or Cryptocurrency knowledge is an advantage
•Candidates with more experience will be considered as Business Development Managers
•Mature, energetic, outgoing, flexible, committed, detail-minded, and a good team player
•Strong commercial, strategic, and negotiation skills
•High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese and Mandarin
•Customer-oriented, good presentation and interpersonal skills
•Prior experience working within a proven new Fintech start-up a plus
•Willing to travel

Responsibility
•Defines long-term strategic goals and business plans
•Establish good relationships with business clients
•Manage, handle, and negotiate with distributors and business partners
•ensure the project(s) is completed on time, within budget, and meets the project requirement.
•Comprehend the unique propositions of various services for business opportunities
• Prospect and identify partners that are an excellent potential fit and proactively network to capitalize on opportunities
•Develop a keen understanding of blockchain trends and opportunities. Provide deep analysis of trends that will help us anticipate emerging opportunities
•Highly motivated, target oriented, and good influencing skills
