Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or relevant field

  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience, 2 years or above of relevant position working experience; minimum of 2 years of above of practical project management experience

  • Possess HKSAR government recognized project management qualifications

Technical skills

  • Proficient in ReactJS and other common front-end frameworks

  • Proficient in Spring Boot; Strong understanding of Spring and ability to design new Spring components based on the Spring mechanism

  • Strong understanding of Decentralized Application Design and Web3 Architecture Design

  • Strong Project Management skills and Team Management Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and self-learning skills

  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology with various private and public blockchain platforms

  • Strong understanding of Hyperledger Fabric architecture and smart contract design is a must

  • Hands-on experience on the configuration of Hyperledger Fabric is highly desirable

Management Skills

  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills

  • Distribute tasks and train others

  • Rich project management experience

  • Fluent in Mandarin

Responsibility

  • Gather, analyze and structure commercial need, data, workflow and user stories into technical requirement

  • Preparation of proposal and presentation as per business needs

  • Perform application systems maintenance including support to clients and troubleshooting for ongoing projects.

  • Effectively communicate with management to provide efficient IT solutions to cope with challenges and new development initiatives

  • Recommend new solutions and improvements
