Technical Support/Assistant Technical Support

Requirements

●Diploma or above in IT/Computer Science or related discipline.

●Knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 is an advantage.

●Knowledge of Router & Switch LAN or WAN is an advantage.

●Support the software installation/upgrade, hardware installation, maintenance, testing and monitoring of cryptocurrency kiosks. Onsite or remote client support will be necessary by demand.

●Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

●Certificate holder in Managing Microsoft Teams (MS-700) is a plus.

●Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin.

●Fast learner, diligent, responsible and a good team player.

●Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Technical Support.

Responsibility

●IT support, IT operations, inventory control, and security control.

●Hardware and software support.

●PC and server installation and maintenance.

●Administer Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and network devices.

●Data backup and restore.

●Help the supervisor to define and set IT policy and procedure.

●Willing to learn new IT technologies.
