Business Development Executive (Fintech)


  • Degree holder with minimum 2 years’ selling experience, preferable in Business or IT related fields

  • Passion for blockchain and solid understanding of NFTs, DAOs, GameFi, DeFi, and other emerging trends 

  • Have Blockchain or Cryptocurrency knowledge is definitely an advantage 

  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills 

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Business Development Manager 

  • Mature, energetic, outgoing, flexible, committed, detail-minded and a good team player 

  • Strong commercial, strategic and negotiation skills 

  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese and Mandarin 

  • Customer oriented, good presentation and interpersonal skill 

  • Prior experience working within a proven new Fintech start-up a plus 

  • Willing to travel


  • Responsible for New Business Development, target and approach key prospects, build contacts within these companies, close and manage the ongoing business 

  • Defines long-term strategic goals and business plans 

  • Establish good relationship with business clients 

  • Manage, handle and negotiate with distributors and business partners 

  • Prepare Quotation 

  • Aggressively explore sales opportunities to meet sales target 

  • Prospect and identify partners that are a good potential fit and proactively network to capitalise on opportunities 

  • Develop a keen understanding of blockchain trends and opportunities. Provide deep analysis of trends that will help us anticipate emerging opportunities 

  • Other Ad-hoc duties
