Requirements
Technical Skills & Experiences Required
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or relevant field
Minimum 8 years of working experience in a technology role, with hands-on experience in programming, preferably working with large scale corporate projects and/or platform systems
Minimum 3 years of leadership and managerial experience
Demonstrate technical skills as system architect, understanding of Design Pattern and proficient in System Architect and Design
Solid experience JavaScript. HTML, CSS, React.js, Node.js, Solidity and Agile framework etc.; and good understanding of the latest technological trends and knowledge such as Web 3, DeFi etc.
Working knowledge of cloud platform such as AWS/Azure and CI/CD pipelines
Experience working as engineer/advisor for blockchain, or crypto teams would be advantageous
Possess HKSAR government recognized project management qualifications

Strong communication skills and problem solving skills
Distribute tasks and train others
Rich project management experience

Responsibility
Work with the CEO to develop blockchain strategy to ensure alignment with business goals
Build and audit project framework (based on business goal and current team situation)
Analyze requirements and system framework design
Implement department documentation criterion
In charge of Sprint meeting and delivering reports
Responsible for all projects’ deliverables and ensuring customer technical satisfaction from commencement to launch, as well as maintenance and upgrade.
Lead and develop own tech team as well as manage global supporting teams.
